Award winning Sienna X is a safe sunless tan that can give the same results as spending 10 to 14 days in the sun, but without the harmful effects of UV exposure. You can expect your tan to last from 5 to 7 days depending on your daily skincare regime, lifestyle and whether you exfoliated well prior to your tan.
Sienna X original is left on the skin to develop for 8 hours and then showered off leaving a beautiful glow which will last 5 to 7 days. For those who don’t have time to wait or need that glow in a hurry we have the 1 hour express tan! The tan is left to develop for just one hour before showering and will last for 3 to 5 days.

To get the best from your tan we recommend following these guidelines
Before your tan
Remove any unwanted hair 48 hours prior to your treatment
Paint nails and toenails if needed
Exfoliate the night before your tan paying particular attention to dry areas such as knees and elbows
Don’t use moisturiser, perfume or deodorant before your tan
Remove contact lenses before treatment to avoid contamination
Wear loose dark clothing and flip flops or loose fitting shoes. Tight clothing will cause the tan to rub off.
After your tan
Leave the tan to develop for the recommended time and then shower until the water runs clear. Gently pat yourself dry.
Don’t perform excessive exercise, perspire or get wet during the development.
Avoid long baths or going swimming as this will fade your tan.
Remember that sunless tan does not protect you in the sun so use SPF to avoid burning
Moisturise daily with Sienna X Gradual Untinted Lotion to enhance your tan and prolong your colour
Start to exfoliate four days after your tan to encourage even fading

At bijou we combine the speed of spray tanning with the contouring skills of our therapist. The airbrush application gives instant streak free colour and delivers a flawless golden tan.
